📚 5 Study Methods

🙏 First and always, start with a Prayer. Ask God to help you focus, understand, and remember what you’re learning.

⏰️ 1. Pomodoro

1️⃣ Pick one specific task to work on.

2️⃣ Set a timer for 25 minutes.

3️⃣ Work with full focus until the timer ends.

4️⃣ Set a timer for 5 minutes and take a break.

5️⃣ Repeat the cycle (3-4 sessions total).

6️⃣ After the 3 or 4 sessions, take a longer break of 15-30 minutes.

✍️ 2. Blurting

1️⃣ Study the topic until you understand the idea.

2️⃣ Close your book and write down or say aloud everything you remember about the topic.

3️⃣ Check your work. Compare what you blurt with your original notes.

4️⃣ Study the parts you missed, then repeat the blurt.

🧠 3. Active Recall

1️⃣ Study your notes to understand the concept.

2️⃣ Put your notes away.

3️⃣ Quiz yourself. Answer your own questions or use flashcards.

4️⃣ Check your answers with your notes.

5️⃣ Study the parts you missed, then test again.

💬 4. Feynman Technique

1️⃣ Study your notes. Read and understand carefully.

2️⃣ Teach it. Explain it as if you’re teaching someone else.

3️⃣ If you can’t explain it simply, it means you don’t fully understand it.

4️⃣ Go back to the parts you didn’t understand, study again, and teach again.

🗺 5. Mind Mapping

1️⃣ Write the main topic in the center of a page.

2️⃣ Draw main branches for the major subtopics.

3️⃣ From each branch, add facts, examples, or keywords.

4️⃣ Use short words.

5️⃣ Draw arrows between related sections to show connections.
